A company is looking for a Client Connectivity Experience Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Support projects by gathering data, analyzing business processes, and developing cost/benefit analyses
- Communicate project activities and manage weekly project updates, ensuring quality standards are met throughout the implementation process
- Perform validation testing for new implementations and coordinate with application teams for customer production readiness
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
- At least 3 years of experience managing network services delivery to clients
- At least 3 years of experience in an Information Technology (IT) environment
