Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team overseeing technical projects including system architecture builds and data migrations
• Establish development plans for team members and coordinate resource allocation for configuration requests
• Maintain configuration standards and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical delivery quality

Required Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience managing technical teams and projects in a SaaS or healthcare technology environment
• Strong knowledge of system configuration, data structures, and integration principles
• Experience managing cross-functional technical projects from scoping through delivery
• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
