Job Summary
A company is looking for an Applications Administrator to join their Enterprise Applications team, focusing on the administration and optimization of Customer Experience tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform system configuration and administration tasks, including user management and application updates
- Collaborate with business partners to prioritize configuration updates and ensure timely resolution of requests
- Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day support of customer service ticketing tools and provide troubleshooting assistance
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in application administration
- Familiarity with enterprise applications in the CX space such as Zendesk or Jira Service Desk
- General knowledge of application workflows and identity management
- Knowledge of application monitoring and performance optimization techniques
- Customer-focused with a passion for improving the user experience
