Platform Operations Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Platform Operations Engineer (Remote Opportunity).

Key Responsibilities

• Support middleware platforms running on Linux systems, including deployment and maintenance tasks
• Manage security vulnerabilities and perform certificate management
• Automate routine operational tasks and build end-to-end automation for platform management

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience supporting Linux-based platforms in large enterprise environments
• Strong understanding of web architecture and experience with application servers like JBoss/WildFly
• Proven experience with automation tools and scripting
• Understanding of basic networking concepts, including TCP/IP and firewalls
• Experience with IT Service Management tools and source control tools, particularly Git
