IT Access Control Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Access Control Specialist to support IT onboarding and access management functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end IT onboarding tasks, including equipment provisioning and access to systems
• Serve as the main contact for hiring managers and new employees during the onboarding process
• Manage security-related documentation and ensure compliance with access policies

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate degree in a related field preferred
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in IT support, onboarding, or provisioning
• Familiarity with systems such as Active Directory, Mainframe, Oracle, or Azure preferred
• Understanding of identity and access management concepts and onboarding processes
