Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Business Systems to lead the vision and implementation of internal systems that support operational capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and design the end-to-end architecture and implementation of internal platforms including Salesforce and related SaaS tools
• Drive the technical foundation for CRM, billing, invoicing, and payment integrations to support scalable operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to introduce internal tooling and APIs that enhance customer self-service workflows

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with Salesforce and other business systems, focusing on systems architecture and integration
• 5+ years of people management experience in high-growth environments
• Proven success in leading complex platform implementations across departments
• Hands-on experience with integrating SaaS platforms using modern APIs and tooling
• Familiarity with governance and compliance frameworks such as SOC 2
