GIS Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a GIS Specialist - Platform Integration & Feature Extension (ESRI).

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement platform integrations with ESRI ArcGIS and related GIS libraries
• Extend and customize ESRI features using tools such as ArcGIS API for JavaScript, ArcPy, and ArcGIS Pro SDK
• Create scalable services and tools to support geospatial analysis, data visualization, and spatial data management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Geography, Geospatial Sciences, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years of experience working with GIS technologies, including extensive ESRI platform integration
• Proven expertise with ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Pro, ArcPy, and ArcGIS APIs (REST, JavaScript)
• Strong understanding of geospatial data structures, coordinate systems, and data transformation processes
• Experience building and maintaining bi-directional data flows between GIS and other systems (e.g., databases, APIs, cloud services)
