Key Responsibilities
- Provide escalated technical support and act as a point of escalation for IC1 support engineers
- Maintain regional stock levels of IT equipment and manage vendor relations for procurement
- Deliver training and guidance on IT tools and applications to enhance user effectiveness
Required Qualifications and Training
- Completion of a high-level ITSM ITIL V4 overview training workshop
- Experience in providing technical support in an IT environment
- Familiarity with IT service processes, standards, and policies
- Ability to analyze and improve systems, processes, or workflows
- Proficiency in using and adapting to new technologies
