Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Support Engineer to manage Microsoft 365 administration and provide technical support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute onboarding and offboarding workflows, manage user identities, and administer Microsoft 365 services
  • Support endpoint management for Windows and macOS devices, ensuring system health and compliance
  • Assist with JIRA configuration and contribute to process automation and IT project management
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years in an IT support or technical service desk role, with 2+ years in Microsoft 365 administration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, and Exchange Online
  • Familiarity with remote monitoring and management tools and understanding of networking fundamentals
  • Experience with JIRA workflows and comfortable supporting both Windows and macOS environments
  • General understanding of scripting (PowerShell or Shell scripting) is a plus
