Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Support Engineer to manage Microsoft 365 administration and provide technical support.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute onboarding and offboarding workflows, manage user identities, and administer Microsoft 365 services
- Support endpoint management for Windows and macOS devices, ensuring system health and compliance
- Assist with JIRA configuration and contribute to process automation and IT project management
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years in an IT support or technical service desk role, with 2+ years in Microsoft 365 administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, and Exchange Online
- Familiarity with remote monitoring and management tools and understanding of networking fundamentals
- Experience with JIRA workflows and comfortable supporting both Windows and macOS environments
- General understanding of scripting (PowerShell or Shell scripting) is a plus
