Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Applications/System Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and support the ServiceNow platform
• Focus on ITSM, Hardware Asset Management, Software Asset Management, and IT Operations Management
• Create and oversee management strategies for site content and implementation

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience with various tools for site and page creation, operations, management, and maintenance
• Up-to-date knowledge of current software tools
• Expertise in SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and Office 365 integration
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or equivalent plus 5 years of experience
• Ability to pass a Tier 2/Moderate Background Investigation
