Job Summary
A company is looking for a Systems Architect III to assist with the design and development of internal business systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop the CHEMS system and transition Counties to this software
- Implement, support, maintain, and enhance the County Highway Expenditure Microcomputer System (CHEMS)
- Participate in software upgrades and system enhancements, including data integration programs
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software design and development
- Proficiency in Delphi programming (RAD Studio 2007+ and/or 2011) and SQL/PL SQL
- Experience with Oracle RDBMS and database administration tools
- Knowledge of networking infrastructure and Windows-based application development
- Ability to work independently and confirm priorities with the lead IT Consultant
