Epic HIM Application Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Lead, HIM, Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for planning and execution of application build, implementation, and support projects
• Serve as a liaison between end-users and vendor representatives, ensuring system meets business needs
• Identify and resolve issues related to application functionality and project management

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree with six or more years of relevant work experience
• Certification in Epic HIM - Release Information, Coding & Abstracting, and Deficiency Tracking
• 6+ years prior system build experience
• 3+ years of relevant leadership experience
• Strong assertiveness and conflict management skills
