Job Summary

A company is looking for an ITAM Solutions Architect.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver IT Asset Management (ITAM) solutions for customers, including leading audit defense projects
• Identify upsell opportunities and drive revenue growth within the professional services team
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop Statements of Work (SOWs) and ensure alignment with client needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the IT Asset Management field
• Proficiency in project oversight and management of technical needs and specifications
• Experience in developing detailed Statements of Work (SOWs) for professional services engagements
• Ability to analyze business processes and recommend improvements based on industry trends
