Job Summary

A company is looking for a Digital CRM Architect.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather requirements for CRM functions, including system integration and data mapping
• Act as the first line of support for enhancement requests and translate them into capabilities
• Coordinate changes impacting cross-system processes and provide process support for standardization

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and Dealcloud preferred
• Experience as a Scrum Master and familiarity with agile project management practices
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Basic SQL capabilities preferred
• Experience in requirements gathering and documentation
