IT Systems Analyst Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Systems Analyst Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop market-changing capabilities to enhance competitive edge
• Work in an Agile/SCRUM environment to define detailed requirements and document system dependencies
• Evaluate current-state systems, identify necessary changes, and build acceptance criteria and technical designs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Information Technology or a related discipline, with a minimum of six years of relevant work experience
• In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, a minimum of eight years of related work experience may be accepted
• Experience in designing, developing, programming, and/or supporting IT Systems and applications
• Knowledge of Duck Creek for insurance-focused systems is preferred
• Proficient in Agile methodologies in SAFe environments
