Job Summary

A company is looking for a FLEX Scrum Master II.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage development sprints from planning to execution in an agile environment
• Facilitate Scrum events and ensure adherence to Scrum practices
• Coach and collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree, equivalent experience, or certification
• 7+ years of information technology experience, including 4+ years in Agile Delivery
• Experience with tools such as Atlassian (JIRA/Confluence)
• Preferred certifications: Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Master, PMI's Agile Certified Professional, or SAFe certifications
• Experience in cloud and networking environments
