ITAM Governance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an ITAM Governance Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Provides governance and oversight to IT Asset Management (ITAM) processes, ensuring alignment with policies and standards
• Establishes practices for control testing and partners with ITAM domains to resolve improvement opportunities
• Sources, compiles, and interprets data, performing advanced data analysis and reporting on ITAM metrics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Analytics, Modeling, or Reporting, or a High School Diploma/GED with 10 years of experience in the same fields
• Proven knowledge of IT Asset Management, including experience with ServiceNow modules
• Familiarity with ITAM frameworks such as ITIL, NIST, and COBIT
• Experience in defining and implementing ITAM policies, standards, and controls
• Experience working in an agile environment is a plus
