Salesforce Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Manager to manage the Salesforce platform and support the Applications Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as Product Owner for the Salesforce solution, guiding its current and future use
• Manage the Salesforce Administrator and Developer roles within the Applications Team
• Identify, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into application solutions

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of Salesforce working experience, preferably with Financial Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud
• Prior experience in implementing Salesforce projects
• Experience in defining and documenting business requirements and translating them into Salesforce strategy
• Bachelor's degree is preferred
• Experience with content management and sales tools, preferably in a financial or insurance organization
