ServiceNow Lead Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Lead Developer.

Key Responsibilities

• Support agile O&M development activities and collaborate with Business Process Consultants and Subject Matter Experts
• Manage the development, testing, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions, including documentation and user acceptance testing
• Coordinate periodic environment refreshes and support post-production activities for ServiceNow applications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or IT-related discipline
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• 12 years of professional IT experience, including 3-5 years of ServiceNow technical development experience
• Experience supporting a production instance in any application suite for at least 2 years
• 3+ years of experience programming in JavaScript
