A company is looking for a Senior Workday Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Optimize Workday HCM capabilities, focusing on Time Tracking & Absence, Talent & Performance, and Compensation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve business processes and provide Workday solutions
- Design and maintain Workday reporting & analytics to support internal teams and leadership decisions
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Workday techno-functional analyst or administrator
- Hands-on configuration experience in 2 or more Workday modules (e.g., Time Tracking, Absence, Talent & Performance)
- Experience in implementing and maintaining SOX-compliant controls
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience preferred; Workday certification is a plus
- Strong experience in Workday security and user identity management
