Job Summary

A company is looking for an Epic Willow Inpatient Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with users to document and optimize current and future workflows based on clinical project requests
• Identify, propose, build, and demonstrate prototypes of application configurations and present system enhancement opportunities
• Provide tier-two support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate system fixes and changes with vendors

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (4 years)
• Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience with clinical or business systems
• Epic Willow Inpatient Certification is required
• Advanced critical and analytical thinking skills
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
