Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee IT service management processes including Incident, Problem, and Change management
- Collaborate with Infrastructure and Application teams during critical issues
- Utilize ServiceNow for service management tasks and reporting
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- ITIL V3 foundation or higher certification preferred
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in Information Technology, with at least 3 years in a Service Management team
- 5+ years of relevant ITIL experience preferred
- Strong background in ITIL framework
