Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Service Management (ITSM) professional.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee IT service management processes including Incident, Problem, and Change management
  • Collaborate with Infrastructure and Application teams during critical issues
  • Utilize ServiceNow for service management tasks and reporting
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • ITIL V3 foundation or higher certification preferred
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in Information Technology, with at least 3 years in a Service Management team
  • 5+ years of relevant ITIL experience preferred
  • Strong background in ITIL framework
