BMC Remedy Developer Advisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a BMC Remedy/Helix Developer Advisor with an active Secret clearance.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate, research, design, develop, and test BMC Helix/Remedy software and integrated interfaces
• Manage customer onboarding, Developer Studio updates, data analysis, report writing, and service improvement initiatives
• Document requirements, implementation plans, test plans, and communicate with stakeholders during project execution

Required Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required
• 8 years of experience with BMC Remedy/Helix development and AWS GovCloud
• Expertise in ITSM applications and custom ARS workflow
• Experience in Agile project methodology and requirement documentation
• BS Degree or equivalent experience; Security+ certification required within 3 months of hire
