NOC Administrator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a NOC Administrator responsible for providing Level 2 support for client environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Continuously monitor infrastructure and respond to alert incidents to minimize downtime
• Provide technical leadership for various infrastructure platform issues and escalate complex technical issues as needed
• Track client incidents and requests, ensuring timely communication and closure within agreed Operational Level Agreements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology, or 2 years of experience in a Network Operations Center (NOC)
• Network+ or A+ certification required
• MS900, AZ900, AZ104, and/or CCNA certification preferred
• Basic knowledge of networking frameworks and operations experience in multiple technologies
• Proficient experience utilizing event management tools
