IT Infrastructure Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Infrastructure Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the strategic direction and architecture of Collaboration Services, including Microsoft M365 solutions and telephony systems
• Lead and support Collaboration projects and provide technical support for all Collaboration Services
• Manage and maintain Collaboration solutions, ensuring security, optimization, and disaster recovery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Minimum of 5 years IT experience with collaboration solutions
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Solutions administration and support
• Ability to write PowerShell scripts for automation of administrative tasks
• Experience with Audio/Video technology support and management
