Key Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain ServiceNow software solutions using various programming languages and technologies
• Configure workflows, application fields, forms, and integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems
• Analyze system performance and provide recommendations for enhancements and process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Experience in developing software solutions using JavaScript, Jelly, Web Services, MYSQL, XML, HTML, and CSS
• Knowledge of Configuration Management (CMDB)
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills
• Experience in administration of Knowledge Base and Service Catalog
• Desire for process improvement and technical recommendations in ServiceNow development
