Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior IT Systems Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client engagement workstreams, ensuring adherence to restoration processes and effective resource allocation
• Act as a backup client contact, addressing unique challenges and monitoring technical restoration progress
• Provide daily updates on engagement status, document processes, and analyze metrics for productivity tracking

Qualifications, Requirements & Preferred Skills

• Competent in routing/switching, including static routing and troubleshooting route tables
• Advanced skills in VMware, firewall configuration, and backup server management
• Proficient in Active Directory troubleshooting and configuration
• Expert in deploying and managing EDR/XDR solutions
• Experience with forensic collections and troubleshooting imaging software
