Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Palo Alto Networks Support Engineer in their Partner ASC program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced technical support for Palo Alto Networks products to partners and end-user customers
- Manage and resolve support cases related to network security, VPN, and threat detection
- Conduct root cause analysis and deliver training sessions on Palo Alto Networks technologies
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience with Palo Alto Networks products, including next-generation firewalls and security platforms
- Ability to manage support cases from initiation to closure using various communication tools
- Familiarity with compliance reporting and high-quality service delivery
- Advanced certifications such as PCCET, PCDRA, or PSE are preferred
- Background in incident response or SOC operations is advantageous
