Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Systems Access.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain an access management system for Denials Management workflows
• Manage onboarding and offboarding access processes for Denials team members
• Coordinate with client contacts and IT teams to facilitate system access and resolve issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare, information systems, or business-related field
• 3+ years of experience in access management, healthcare operations, or IT support
• Deep understanding of EMR and portal access processes
• Prior experience building or improving access management systems
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
