Medicaid Technology Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, FFS Medicaid Technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, setting performance expectations and fostering collaboration
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions and ensure project execution
• Oversee FFS Medicaid data interfaces and manage technical relationships with state FFS Medicaid

Required Qualifications

• Four-year college degree or a minimum of eight years of relevant work experience
• Experience leading a multi-disciplinary, high-performing team
• Proficiency with complex transactional systems and system integration platforms
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira or Azure DevOps
• Familiarity with cloud-native applications and data privacy practices, with healthcare industry knowledge preferred
