Cloud Operations Engineer II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cloud Operations Engineer II (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Deploys and manages cloud resources, optimizing configurations for security, performance, and cost-effectiveness
• Writes and maintains Infrastructure as Code (IaC) templates, manages CI/CD pipelines, and automates cloud operations
• Troubleshoots and resolves intermediate issues, monitors security best practices, and provides 24/7 on-call support

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in Cloud Operations OR High School Diploma or GED and 6 years of experience in Cloud Operations
• 5 years of experience in cloud operations, infrastructure management, or related areas preferred
• Experience with AWS and Azure Cloud Services
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation
• Experience with scripting languages and automation (e.g., Python, JavaScript) and container technologies like Docker
