Cloud Security Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cloud Security Engineer to join their Information Technology department remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage security solutions across cloud infrastructure
• Monitor security alerts, investigate incidents, and coordinate responses
• Identify and address security vulnerabilities while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5-7 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination
• At least one cybersecurity certification (CISSP, CISM, OSCP, GIAC, etc.) is required
• Strong technical expertise in cybersecurity domains, including incident response and cloud-native technologies
• Hands-on experience with tools like SIEM, EDR, and IaC platforms
• 12 credit hours of college-level Biblical Studies (required); opportunity to complete upon hire
