Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Incident Response Engineer responsible for investigating security incidents and providing technical support to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and resolve complex customer issues while keeping customers informed of status and solutions
  • Implement readiness programs and mentor team members to enhance technical support capabilities
  • Provide feedback for product improvements and develop automation techniques for case resolution
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of technical support, consulting, or IT experience, or a Bachelor's Degree in a related field with 3+ years of experience
  • 2+ years of experience in customer-facing cybersecurity incident response
  • 2+ years of configuration management experience with Microsoft Azure Identity or related technologies
  • 2+ years of configuration management experience with Microsoft 365
  • Ability to meet security screening requirements, including citizenship verification
