Key Responsibilities
- Provides first level technical support via phone for various technologies and applications
- Documents all work in call-tracking and incident management systems
- Assists in onboarding and training of new employees
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience in PC support and call center/phone support environment
- Knowledge of computer hardware, software applications, and networking (LAN/WAN)
- Working knowledge of Windows OS
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime as required
