Oracle HCM Functional Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oracle Functional Analyst (Oracle EBS / Cloud - HCM).

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and define business requirements and processes related to Oracle HCM Cloud
• Design and configure contingent worker programs and manage integrations with third-party benefit providers
• Deliver and support Oracle Time and Labor, Payroll capabilities, and related configurations

Required Qualifications

• Knowledge of business analyst principles and SDLC methodology
• Experience in a Scrum/Agile development environment
• Expert knowledge of Oracle Applications table structure and SQL/PLSQL coding
• Functional knowledge of Oracle Visual Builder Studio
• Experience with configuring foreign countries in HCM Cloud
