Identity Access Management Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Identity Access Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze current IAM operations to develop a cohesive enterprise-wide identity strategy
• Oversee IAM projects and manage the privileged access management program
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance and provide periodic reporting on IAM metrics

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of IAM experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership role
• 2+ years of experience with SailPoint, CyberArk, and Azure Active Directory
• 2+ years of experience managing cloud identities, particularly in AWS
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, or a related field
• Project management skills and business acumen
