Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager - Technology Stack Operations (Remote in US).

Key Responsibilities

• Own the performance and lifecycle of the MSP technology stack, ensuring optimization and alignment with business goals
• Partner with teams to streamline workflows and lead automation initiatives to enhance efficiency
• Develop a strategic roadmap for MSP tools and manage vendor relationships

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT operations or managed services, including 2+ years in a leadership role
• Deep understanding of MSP tools such as ITSM, RMM, and documentation platforms
• Proven success in tool strategy design and execution
• Experience with automation platforms and API-based integrations
• Familiarity with ITIL or similar service management frameworks
