A company is looking for a LogicMonitor Engineer to provide resident engineering support for federal government clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide monitoring platform administration and support for cloud infrastructure
• Implement workflow automation and business process optimization
• Integrate monitoring solutions with ServiceNow and manage day-to-day operations

Required Qualifications

• LogicMonitor Certified Associate (LMCA)
• 3+ years of experience with AWS and/or Azure
• 5+ years supporting modern server operating systems (Linux/Windows)
• Strong knowledge of application and system software monitoring principles
• Experience with LogicMonitor platform features and REST API for automation
