Job Summary
A company is looking for an Application Support Engineer (Helpdesk + Full Stack).
Key Responsibilities
- Triage, resolve, and document incoming support tickets
- Reproduce defects, execute SQL queries, and contribute simple code patches
- Maintain runbooks, suggest workflow optimizations, and document ticket notes
Required Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and active DHS accepted Public Trust (or higher)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 2 to 5 years combined experience in helpdesk/technical support and application development or O&M
- Proven ability to follow ITIL/SDLC processes and maintain documentation
- Familiarity with SQL, Java, ServiceNow, and Jira
