Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day administration and strategic improvements of the Coupa system
- Respond promptly to support requests, resolve issues, and manage configuration queries
- Maintain and enhance Coupa configurations for business rules, approval chains, and more
Required Qualifications
- In-depth experience with Coupa configuration and administration
- Prior experience in a post-implementation support role of Coupa within procurement and finance domains
- Expertise in access management and process improvement
- Proven ability to mentor teams and share knowledge on Coupa best practices
- Strong experience in user onboarding and training
