A company is looking for a RIM Application Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the installation, administration, configuration, and support of applications
- Coordinate enhancements, modifications, or upgrades with various teams to align testing processes
- Provide training to new users and lead troubleshooting of system problems
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience implementing Records and Information Management systems (RIM)
- Experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting for RIM applications
- Familiarity with system administration tasks, including configuration and performance monitoring
- General understanding of technologies such as Case Foundation, Content Manager, and Enterprise Records Foundation
