Job Summary

A company is looking for a Desktop Solutions Leader to manage technology offerings and enhance user experience across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive successful outcomes against Infrastructure and Operations goals by ensuring production stability and continuous improvement
• Manage financial aspects of the product portfolio, including budgeting and financial impact analysis
• Lead a team of product managers and technical leads to optimize user experience and service delivery

Required Qualifications

• Approximately 10 years of experience in a comparable product manager role in Technology
• Proven leadership experience in motivating and growing technology teams and suppliers
• Experience with Mobile and Desktop technologies such as Intune, SCCM, and Azure Virtual Desktop
• Strong history of working with senior stakeholders
• Ability to adapt communication style and develop rapport under pressure
