A company is looking for an Intune SCCM Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 3 support for SCCM and Intune technical requests
- Proactively review customer concerns and recommend improvements for endpoint management
- Assist in transitioning workloads from SCCM to Intune and analyze logs for troubleshooting
Required Qualifications
- Experience with SCCM and Intune environments
- Knowledge of mobile device management (MDM) for iOS, Android, and Windows devices
- Ability to document support requests and resolutions effectively
- Experience in providing technical guidance to customers and teams
- Familiarity with troubleshooting tools such as CMTrace and Event Viewer
