A company is looking for an IT-Support macOS (m/f/d).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide IT support for hardware, software, accounts, and digital workplace issues, focusing on Apple devices (macOS, iOS)
- Handle IT requests reliably and solution-oriented, maintaining composure and a friendly demeanor in stressful situations
- Collaborate with IT Engineering and IT Security teams to enhance the Apple infrastructure and document processes in the ticketing system
Required Qualifications
- Completed training in IT, such as an IT specialist for system integration, with initial professional experience in IT service units
- Strong initiative, customer orientation, and effective communication skills
- Experience in user support and implementation of IT projects
- Proficient knowledge of macOS and Microsoft Windows
- Fluent in German and good command of English, both written and spoken
