Key Responsibilities
- Manage user and license administration, including setup, roles, and permissions
- Implement Salesforce configuration changes and manage data quality through automation and rules
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create a platform roadmap and ensure system performance and user support
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role
- Strong understanding of ERD and Salesforce Data Cloud for B2B data models
- Salesforce Certified Administrator or Advanced Administrator certification
- Extensive experience in Salesforce system administration and maintenance
- Ability to translate requirements into technical solutions and liaise with stakeholders
