Systems Administrator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems Administrator to support IT operations and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage issue resolution and collaborate with IT, end users, and OEM vendors
• Perform integration and compatibility testing, and install/configure server software
• Create and maintain documentation for processes and troubleshooting steps

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or an Associate degree in a technical field with 5-7 years of relevant experience
• Broad knowledge of corporate organization and policies
• Expert-level business, technical, or functional knowledge
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior management
• Experience in providing exemplary consulting skills and technical support
