Senior Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Systems Analyst to lead the analysis, design, and optimization of business systems and processes for military and defense-related systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis and optimization of mission-critical business systems, managing complex requirements gathering and solution design
• Act as the primary liaison between executive leadership and technical teams, mentoring junior analysts on best practices
• Oversee high-stakes system implementations from assessment to post-production support, ensuring integration and user adoption

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Computer Science, etc.)
• Professional license in the relevant field is highly desired
• Security Clearance is highly desired
• 10 years of related experience in areas such as system administration, database maintenance, and network support for DoD systems
• Experience with software development, modernization efforts, and lifecycle support for military systems
