Key Responsibilities

• Lead the 24x7x365 Cloud Operations Technician team to ensure operational efficiency and excellent service delivery
• Build and maintain relationships with leadership to enhance client experience through effective systems and processes
• Define operations processes to ensure stability and uptime of production Cloud Systems while focusing on continual improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Information Science, Computer Science, or related disciplines
• 5+ years of technical support experience in a Windows domain environment
• 2+ years of leadership experience with a service-oriented focus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding service delivery role
• Ability to work 100% remotely
