Senior IAM Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior IAM Analyst to enhance and secure its Identity Governance & Administration solution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage user access requests and incidents through the SNOW ticketing system while maintaining SLAs
• Provide second-level support for access requests and ensure secure user provisioning
• Analyze identity lifecycle issues and communicate security risks, providing recommendations for remediation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Relevant technical or security certification preferred
• Three years of experience in identity lifecycle management and production support
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Active Directory required
• Knowledge of identity access management systems and governance concepts
