A company is looking for a Systems Analyst 3 - DAFS Applications Lumen Admin.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing processes and systems to facilitate improvements
• Create documentation and content for processes and procedures related to the learning management system
• Engage with stakeholders and end users during the implementation of the new system

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of related industry experience
• 4-year college degree or equivalent working experience in business analytics/communications
• Organizational Change Management skills
• Knowledge of the software development life cycle and project development cycle
• Experience in gathering business requirements for system design
